1st Place - Paul Ward/Dan Cooper/Brent Mattingly/Vic Orlando
2nd Place - Mike Duprez
3rd Place - Brian Weir/Todd Eaton
Thanks to our sponsors The Sterling Pig Brewery, Imperial Yeast, Five Star Chemicals and Brew Your Own Beer for donations and discounts for our competitors!
The results and full scoreboard can be found on the 2023 BOMBing Run page.
The What's Brewing PA show, on NBC Sports Philadelphia, covered the Keystone Barrel Championship on last night's episode. The BOMB gets plenty of coverage and is announced at the 2nd place winner with a barrel aged Belgian Strong ale entry.
The BOMB 2022 Keystone Barrel Competition team placed 2nd in last night's judging. The barrel-aged Belgian dark strong ale was a crowd (and judges') favorite. We were told the difference between 1st and 2nd place was very close. Congrats to Adam Ritter, Alex Crowe, Ed Nelling, Sean P. Mellody and Dave Bill.
The event is to be featured in the next episode of What's Brewing PA to be aired on Saturday April 8th.
