That's right...it's National Beer Day in the US of A! On this day in 1933, Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed the Cullen-Harrison Act into law and ended the prohibition on beer production and sales. The signing of the act lead to the eventual repeal of the infamous 21st Amendment and the lifting of moral across the country. It is rumored that FDR said after signing the Act, "I think this would be a good time for a beer!".
